Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, while the rooms are quite spacious and clean. The view from the terrace is fantastic. The restaurant is present on the terrace, so you can enjoy a nice view of the town while having your meal. We also had my birthday celebrations here and the staff was extremely helpful with making all the arrangements. It also has a safe and secure parking area. Would surely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting ooty.

My experience is so good best hotel

Reasonably well maintained property with good traveller attention. Enjoyed our stay in the property. Took two suite rooms for 6 members and the rooms were reasonably spacious. Hot water took a bit of a time as they're under some maintenance. However staff quickly made alternate arrangements, once informed. Food was extremely tasty and staff is willing to accommodate special requests without complaining. Approach road is a bit of a concern. Parking good for 15 vehicles at a time..

Average hotel. Food taste and availability is also average. When we visited the rooms were not ready (tv not working). Requested multiple times to fix it. Limited food options. We went with kids and kids requested simple items like poori still that was not available. But a decent hotel.
